All of these answers to clean the grease off will work. Once you do this use a pressure washer to clean any remaining residue off the concrete. Good as new!

You can try some DAWN dish washing liquid or get a gallon of ZEP orange cleaner and degreaser from home depot next to paint dept. Scrub the area with a brush and rinse with some HOT water. Might take a couple applications. This stuff works great at degreasing everything from kitchens, garages, driveways and stains on clothes.

try pouring Dawn dish soap on it. It may take a couple of soaping's and rinsing's to get it out. good luck.

No cardboard or any flameables around a turkey frier, ever. Use cat litter to soak up the oil, works like a charm and is environmentally friendly. Peace.

Dawn dish soap is a great degreaser, and won't harm the plants/animals that it might come in contact with. I use a mixture of about 1/4 Dawn dish soap, and 3/4 water. Works great on engine grease and oil too.

If you want to use something more 'industrial', you can get a degreaser from your nearest autoparts store.

Good Luck

In our auto shop we use kitty litter (for automotive oil) maybe it would work just as well for cooking oil?
